Use the verification and recovery options on the sign-in screen. Check your inbox and spam folder for account emails.

Cloud recovery

Cloud recovery stores copies of one source workspace. It does not merge sales from multiple registers. Check Settings → Cloud backup & recovery in the app for backup and device status.

Account deletion

Request deletion from the app or by email, including if you cannot access the app.
